About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop copy for integrated marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, loyalty initiatives, partnerships and B2B communications.
- Translate creative briefs into clear, compelling and brand-aligned messaging frameworks.
- Write across channels including web, email, social, display, app and sales enablement materials while maintaining a consistent brand voice and storytelling approach.
- Collaborate with campaign leads to ensure alignment with approved strategic direction.
- Ensure tone, voice and structural consistency.
- Support localization readiness by delivering high-quality source copy.
- Balance creativity with precision, ensuring messaging accurately reflects promotional details, offer terms and legal requirements.
- Craft emotionally compelling, insight-driven messaging that strengthens brand affinity and inspires guest engagement.
- Adapt messaging for various audience segments while maintaining brand guardrails.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced, high-variability environment.
- Incorporate personalization and AI-enabled content tools where appropriate to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in copywriting, campaign development or brand storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience writing for integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand voice and audience segmentation.
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle or loyalty marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital best practices.
- Experience working within content management systems and project management tools.
- Exposure to AI-powered content creation tools.
