About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop copy for integrated marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, loyalty initiatives, partnerships and B2B communications.
  • Translate creative briefs into clear, compelling and brand-aligned messaging frameworks.
  • Write across channels including web, email, social, display, app and sales enablement materials while maintaining a consistent brand voice and storytelling approach.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in copywriting, campaign development or brand storytelling.
  • Demonstrated experience writing for integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and audience segmentation.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle or loyalty marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital best practices.
  • Experience working within content management systems and project management tools.
  • Exposure to AI-powered content creation tools.
