Key responsibilities & impact

Support efforts to arrange financing for Hyatt’s hotel partners
Support financing deal negotiation, assist in transaction closing process
Prepare deal approval memos, presentations, status update materials for senior leadership
Maintain and monitor Hyatt’s investment portfolio, prepare performance analytical reports for senior leadership
Use AI enabled tools and platforms to streamline routines and create reporting tools for senior leadership decision making
Participate in ad hoc projects to support broader Corporate Finance team

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years experience in banking, loan underwriting or hospitality asset management
Strong and tactful communicator with Hyatt’s internal and external stakeholders. Able to break down complex problems into clear insights for problem resolution.
Proactive problem solver, ready to learn real-estate finance through hands-on transaction experiences.
Able to support multiple projects with competing priorities. Deliver accurate results in a timely manner with attention to detail.
Proficient with AI technologies, Smart Sheets, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Hold bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
MBA preferred
