About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute targeted strategies to achieve group revenue goals, with focus on high-rated corporate retreats, incentive programs, and private events.
- Proactively identify and secure new business across key feeder markets and emerging segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with planners, corporate decision-makers, and luxury travel intermediaries.
- Manage inbound lead flow with disciplined response times, follow-up, and conversion focus.
- Structure and close deals that align with rate integrity and overall resort strategy.
- Monitor trends, competitor positioning, and demand patterns to inform strategy.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Revenue Management to optimize pricing, mix, and total revenue contribution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, with demonstrable success closing high value group business in high-ADR (+$1,000) environments
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and manage a defined sales quota.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing capabilities with complex, high-touch clients.
- Deep understanding of luxury customer expectations and group dynamics.
- Self-directed, proactive, and results-driven with strong organizational discipline.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales systems. Hyatt systems experience preferred
