About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to achieve group revenue goals, with focus on high-rated corporate retreats, incentive programs, and private events.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business across key feeder markets and emerging segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with planners, corporate decision-makers, and luxury travel intermediaries.
  • Manage inbound lead flow with disciplined response times, follow-up, and conversion focus.
  • Structure and close deals that align with rate integrity and overall resort strategy.
  • Monitor trends, competitor positioning, and demand patterns to inform strategy.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Revenue Management to optimize pricing, mix, and total revenue contribution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, with demonstrable success closing high value group business in high-ADR (+$1,000) environments
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and manage a defined sales quota.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing capabilities with complex, high-touch clients.
  • Deep understanding of luxury customer expectations and group dynamics.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and results-driven with strong organizational discipline.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales systems. Hyatt systems experience preferred
