About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise learning programs focused on Leader Learning and Core Management Capabilities, ensuring alignment to timelines, quality, and outcomes
- Own day-to-day program operations, delivery cadence, and risk mitigation
- Design and oversee blended, user-centered learning experiences that drive real-world application
- Translate business needs into learning strategies, program plans, and actionable roadmaps
- Drive stakeholder alignment and prioritization across cross-functional partners as the primary point of contact
- Oversee content strategy; Create or curate content, ensuring clarity, relevance, and scalability of complex topics
- Continuously evaluate and improve programs using learner feedback and data
- Establish governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and Hyatt brand expectations
- Define success metrics, analyze performance, and communicate actionable insights
- Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and iteration across program design and execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Program Management, Sales Enablement, or Consulting environment with a strong focus on learning, capability building, or change, or comparable experience
- Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions
- Demonstrated experience owning complex programs end to end, with accountability for outcomes—not just design or facilitation
- Strong program and project management skills
- Experience working with learning technologies and external vendors
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
- Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
