About the role
- Bring stories to life by drafting and editing press materials, internal communications, and executive messaging
- Monitor daily media coverage and uncover opportunities to amplify Hyatt’s voice in meaningful ways
- Contribute to the planning and storytelling behind media events, partnerships, and key announcements
- Conduct research to inspire fresh ideas and inform creative, audience-first communication strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with on-property teams, as well as key corporate stakeholders, such as marketing, brand strategy, HR, and AI enablement, to ensure our stories are cohesive and consistent
- Create and support digital storytelling across platforms, including intranet and corporate social media accounts
- Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions to spark engagement and elevate the Hyatt brand
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media and digital content tools; design skills in Canva and video editing skills are a plus
