Complete/oversee monthly financial responsibilities for various commercial services departments. Responsibilities include variance analysis, budget development and reforecasting, and accruals.
Serve as primary/initial point of contact with commercial services business contacts on financial matters and related questions
Identify areas of opportunity and efficiency savings in areas of responsibility
Leverage statistical and operational data to draw correlation between periodic operational and financial results, providing greater insight and decision-making abilities to senior management
Gather and report information for annual regulatory reporting as well as year-end audit reporting
Help in addressing any ad hoc requests daily
Actively pursue learning and self-development to enhance personal and professional growth

Requirements

Three to five years in finance and/or accounting or comparable relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, business, or equivalent experience
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
Oracle Experience
