About the role
- Support the technical development and configuration of gamified engagement materials (e.g., scoring logic, progression rules, badge structures, interactive dashboards, or digital learning components) in collaboration with learning and technology partners.
- Apply human-centered design methods to understand user needs, behaviors, and friction points across functions.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear problem statements and opportunity areas.
- Co-design gamification concepts and engagement experiments that drive measurable behavior change and portfolio performance outcomes.
- Develop and iterate low-fidelity prototypes (wireframes, journey maps, interactive flows) to test and refine user experience improvements.
- Contribute to agile sprint cycles by defining hypotheses, success metrics, and feedback loops for gamified engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate or support user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions to validate design assumptions.
- Analyze engagement analytics and behavioral data to inform iterative design decisions.
- Conduct competitive cross-industry benchmarking on behavioral design, gamification mechanics, and digital engagement strategies.
- Develop visual storytelling artifacts (experience maps, insight summaries, sprint recaps) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support backlog documentation, experiment tracking, and retrospective insights within agile workflows.

- Demonstrated the ability to translate user insights or behavioral goals into tangible deliverables (e.g., prototypes, interactive modules, game mechanics, dashboards, or digital features).
- Experience in applying human-centered design methods such as user research, journey mapping, rapid prototyping, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with designing or configuring game mechanics (e.g., points, progression systems, feedback loops, rewards, challenges).
- Exposure to digital development or configuration with interactive platforms (e.g., LMS tools, prototyping software, dashboard tools, low-code environments, or basic front-end logic).
- Experience using data or feedback to iterate and improve digital products.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating interactive, gamified, or learning-focused design work
