About the role
- Plan, prepare, and coordinate for tradeshow
- Manage expense reports and billbacks
- Support daily communication with accounts, hotels, and individual travel advisors
- Prepare sales reports
- Manage customer database
- Create and update marketing and sales materials, including Quarterly Business Reviews, marketing flyers, and sales presentations
- Assist in completing RFPs
- Assist in the team’s workflow, monthly team calls, and overall team connectivity
- Extensive administrative responsibilities as it relates to sales, organization, timelines, deadlines, and more
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the same field, industry, or other equivalent business/ function role
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to partner and support in a fast-paced environment
