About the role
- Collaborating closely with the broader Hyatt Sales Force team
- Working in tandem with the Global Directors to implement and oversee Hyatt’s sales strategy, strategic objectives, and tactics/initiatives for our Global Enterprise Accounts
- Responsible for developing and nurturing long term strategic global accounts/relationships
- Supporting our hotels through proactive sales missions, tradeshows/events and hotel familiarization trips
- Engaging with hotel sales teams, operators, and owners to build rapport and support shared sales goals
- Staying current on market conditions, forecasts, and trends and translating to action with proactive measures to drive sales
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in industry experience with proven track record
- Experience with Corporate Business Travel/Hospitality Industry
- Strong understanding of Group/MICE Segment
- Proficient within full MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge and command of Envision or equivalent CRM
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of Hotels and Sales Practices
- Experience with Master Sales Agreements/MSAs for meeting/event customers
- Working understanding/experience with Finance/Banking and/or Government segment and customers preferred
- Experience with Cognos, Thoughtspot, Agency360, Reserve, SynXis, RMT, Oracle
