About the role

  • Collaborating closely with the broader Hyatt Sales Force team
  • Working in tandem with the Global Directors to implement and oversee Hyatt’s sales strategy, strategic objectives, and tactics/initiatives for our Global Enterprise Accounts
  • Responsible for developing and nurturing long term strategic global accounts/relationships
  • Supporting our hotels through proactive sales missions, tradeshows/events and hotel familiarization trips
  • Engaging with hotel sales teams, operators, and owners to build rapport and support shared sales goals
  • Staying current on market conditions, forecasts, and trends and translating to action with proactive measures to drive sales

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in industry experience with proven track record
  • Experience with Corporate Business Travel/Hospitality Industry
  • Strong understanding of Group/MICE Segment
  • Proficient within full MS Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge and command of Envision or equivalent CRM
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Hotels and Sales Practices
  • Experience with Master Sales Agreements/MSAs for meeting/event customers
  • Working understanding/experience with Finance/Banking and/or Government segment and customers preferred
  • Experience with Cognos, Thoughtspot, Agency360, Reserve, SynXis, RMT, Oracle
