About the role
- Developing and executing purchasing and sourcing strategies
- Supporting hotels and internal colleagues with procurement guidance and solutions
- Managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and supply continuity
- Providing oversight of inventory planning to support hotel operations and service delivery
- Partnering with cross-functional teams on sustainability, cost efficiency, and scalability initiatives
- Ensuring purchased goods meet quality standards and specifications
- Contributing to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or a leadership role within hospitality, with demonstrated experience supporting hotel operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Experience with function-specific systems and tools, including BirchStreet, Microsoft applications, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
