About the role

  • Drive property-level revenue through marketing plans addressing local and regional business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with corporate and hotel teams such as Sales, Revenue Management, and Digital
  • Identify revenue-making opportunities and execute promotions and programming in the field for designated hotels
  • Develop annual digital marketing plans to maximize hotel revenue production and guest engagement initiatives
  • Provides consultation for hotel openings and renovations to maximize business performance
  • Counsel hotels on managing Hyatt's preferred marketing agencies and suppliers
  • Provides regular reporting and insights on marketing initiatives
  • Ability to travel up to 40%

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing and developing integrated plans for a global brand
  • Digital campaign management, including understanding the fundamentals of Search, Paid Meta, and SEO content optimization strategies
  • Strategic marketing plan development based on analytics/performance management and integrated execution with demonstrable results and return on investment
  • Hotel/hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Events/meeting planning experience preferred
  • Outstanding project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Highly self–motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
