About the role
- Drive property-level revenue through marketing plans addressing local and regional business objectives
- Collaborate closely with corporate and hotel teams such as Sales, Revenue Management, and Digital
- Identify revenue-making opportunities and execute promotions and programming in the field for designated hotels
- Develop annual digital marketing plans to maximize hotel revenue production and guest engagement initiatives
- Provides consultation for hotel openings and renovations to maximize business performance
- Counsel hotels on managing Hyatt's preferred marketing agencies and suppliers
- Provides regular reporting and insights on marketing initiatives
- Ability to travel up to 40%
Requirements
- 6+ years of marketing and developing integrated plans for a global brand
- Digital campaign management, including understanding the fundamentals of Search, Paid Meta, and SEO content optimization strategies
- Strategic marketing plan development based on analytics/performance management and integrated execution with demonstrable results and return on investment
- Hotel/hospitality industry experience preferred
- Events/meeting planning experience preferred
- Outstanding project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Highly self–motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
