About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise relationships across the housing ecosystem
- Develop and expand relationships with executives and key decision-makers within strategic organizations across mortgage, real estate, homebuilding, and proptech
- Identify opportunities to deliver housing market data, intelligence, and enterprise subscriptions
- Lead discovery conversations, develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and close business
- Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to deliver customer value and support complex opportunities
- Stay informed on industry trends and market activity
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, account management, partnerships, or a related commercial role
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills
- Experience managing complex customer relationships and multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and expand accounts over time
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in housing, mortgage, real estate, homebuilding, proptech, financial services, media, or information services (preferred)
- Existing relationships within the housing ecosystem (preferred)
- Experience selling data, subscriptions, marketing solutions, events, sponsorships, or professional services (preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack (preferred)
