About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and product surfaces.
Evaluate and improve the user experience across our portfolio of brands, identifying opportunities to unify experiences and create flywheel effects between products.
Translate complex data and workflows into simple, usable interfaces.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Contribute to and evolve our design system and UI standards.
Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to inform decisions.
Use data and user behavior to iterate and improve performance.
Ensure consistency across experiences while adapting to different use cases.
Support cross-functional initiatives where UX impacts growth, engagement, or retention.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or interaction design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and polished UI execution.
Experience designing for web-based products, SaaS platforms, or data tools.
Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, usable solutions.
Proficiency in tools like Figma (or similar) for design and prototyping.
Strong communication skills — you can explain why, not just what.
