About the role
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting.
- Coordinate projects in Cisco Networking (Catalyst/Meraki, Nexus, ASA/Firepower, ISE, SD-WAN), Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Microsoft Environments (Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, GPO), Data Center Technologies (Cisco UCS, HCI, DR/BCP, storage & backup).
- Act as liaison between IT teams, vendors, and business units, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Maintain IT governance standards, ensure security & compliance, track KPIs, and deliver accurate documentation.
- Conduct project reviews, share lessons learned, and contribute to knowledge base best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience (enterprise or mid-market).
- Hands-on understanding of Cisco networking, virtualization, Windows Server, and data center environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Nice-to-have: PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL, VMware VCP, or Microsoft certifications.
