About the role

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls
  • Make 80 to 100 cold calls daily
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Research ideal customer profiles and personalize outreach campaigns
  • Maintain detailed activity logs and pipeline updates in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting and messaging
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and conversion goals

Requirements

  • 1+ years of outbound sales or lead generation experience (SaaS/tech preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a remote team
  • Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns
