About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls
- Make 80 to 100 cold calls daily
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for Account Executives
- Research ideal customer profiles and personalize outreach campaigns
- Maintain detailed activity logs and pipeline updates in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting and messaging
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and conversion goals
Requirements
- 1+ years of outbound sales or lead generation experience (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging decision-makers
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a remote team
- Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns
