About the role
- Make 80β120+ outbound calls per day to engage potential leads across various industries.
- Research, identify, and qualify prospects using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
- Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage and track outreach activities.
- Book qualified meetings and demos for account executives.
- Nurture early-stage leads and handle objections professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Deliver consistent results and exceed monthly KPIs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound SDR experience (B2B preferred).
- Proven ability to make high-volume calls and convert prospects into qualified meetings.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead engagement tools.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Experience working across multiple industries (SaaS, Tech, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
- Based anywhere in South Africa, with stable internet and professional remote setup.
