About the role

  • Conduct **outbound prospecting** via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
  • Handle **80โ€“120 calls per day** while maintaining high professionalism and empathy across all interactions.
  • Use CRM systems to **track outreach activity**, update deal stages, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Research target companies to identify key decision-makers and potential fit.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop outreach strategies and optimize pipeline conversion.
  • Meet and exceed **weekly and monthly KPIs** related to lead generation, qualified meetings booked, and sales activity volume.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in **sales, lead generation, or customer outreach** (preferably B2B).
  • Strong **verbal communication** skills and comfort with high outbound call volume.
  • Proven ability to use **CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)** to manage pipelines and record activity.
  • Strong written English and confident speaking on discovery calls.
  • Highly organised, results-driven, and able to work **independently in a remote environment**.
  • Own reliable Laptop or Computer with stable WiFi
