Lead full project lifecycles—define scope, set timelines, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
**Technical Delivery Oversight:**
Cisco networking: Catalyst, Meraki, Nexus, ASA/Firepower, ISE, SD-WAN
Virtualisation: VMware, Hyper-V
Microsoft infrastructure: Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, GPO
Data Center: Cisco UCS, HCI platforms, Disaster Recovery & BCP
Act as the primary liaison between internal IT teams, business units, and external vendors.
Ensure alignment with IT governance, security policies, documentation standards, and KPI tracking.

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
Cisco network technologies and architectures
Virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
Windows Server ecosystem (AD, DNS, GPOs, etc.)
Data center operations and technologies
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organised with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
**Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):**
PMP or PRINCE2
ITIL Foundations
VMware VCP, Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE)
