About the role
- - Build, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video formats.
- - Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) and continuously optimize for cost-effectiveness and lead quality.
- - Use **Go High Level** to integrate ad campaigns with automation workflows, landing pages, and CRM sequences.
- - Collaborate with UK-based clients on strategy calls—clarifying goals, explaining results, and advising on next steps.
- - Troubleshoot and improve platform integrations (e.g., Google Ads to CRM, social media to call handling).
- - Document campaign setups and processes to help scale the ads business efficiently.
Requirements
- - 2+ years experience running Google Ads campaigns independently (including copy, targeting, bidding).
- - Strong understanding of cost-per-lead optimization and lead quality assessment—not just traffic generation.
- - Familiarity with **Go High Level** and **HubSpot**—comfortable building out automation workflows.
- - Excellent English communication skills.
- - Technically fluent—comfortable working with automation tools, CRM systems, and marketing tech stacks.
- - Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
