About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Engage with inbound leads in a professional, consultative manner.
- Qualify prospects based on specific criteria and schedule product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the companyβs CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Provide regular feedback on lead quality, market trends, and customer needs.
Requirements
- Fluent in **Cantonese and English** (both written and verbal).
- 1β2 years of experience in **outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing** (SaaS or B2B preferred).
- Comfortable communicating with business decision-makers in Hong Kong and other Cantonese-speaking markets.
- Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as **HubSpot**, **Salesforce**, or **Pipedrive**.
- Resilient, target-driven, and highly organized with excellent time management.
