  • Key Responsibilities
  • - Manage, optimise, and scale multiple Google Ads accounts for e-commerce and lead-gen clients.
  • - Maintain strong performance against CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets.
  • - Audit accounts regularly to identify new growth opportunities.
  • - Lead client calls, presenting actionable insights and clear performance updates.
  • - Implement effective funnel strategies to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency.
  • - Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot GA4 tracking and GTM tags to ensure accurate attribution.
  • - Collaborate with the internal creative and strategy teams to enhance campaign performance.
  • - Proactively recommend process improvements and contribute to the agency’s growth strategy.

Requirements

  • - 3–5+ years of **hands-on Google Ads management** (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • - Proven expertise in **lead-generation and e-commerce campaigns**.
  • - Proficiency in **GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM)**, including event tracking and conversion setup.
  • - Strong data interpretation and analytical reporting skills.
  • - Excellent spoken and written English; confident presenting to clients.
