About the role

  • Serve as the **primary client contact**, managing 4–5 accounts and ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Oversee **3–4 outbound campaign launches per project** each month—crafting compelling outreach copy and templates that convert.
  • Lead weekly client calls, share campaign updates, and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and collaborate with researchers and SDRs to maintain project timelines and quality.
  • Handle **2,000–3,000 contact imports per project per month**, tracking KPIs and achieving **5+ appointments booked per project**.
  • Contribute to campaign strategy—analysing results, refining targeting, and brainstorming new ideas.
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot) records, generate weekly reports, and ensure accurate documentation across all projects.

Requirements

  • **Fluent English (C1/C2)**—strong written and verbal communication is essential.
  • **3+ years of experience** in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting.
  • **1+ year of client-facing experience**, managing communications and strategy.
  • Proven ability to thrive in **fast-paced startup environments** with multiple priorities.
  • Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (preferably **HubSpot**) and data-driven reporting.
  • A creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies to achieve results.
