Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist with a heavy emphasis on talent identification.
Advanced proficiency with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, or similar tools).
Mastery of Boolean search strings and varied search techniques beyond standard keyword matching.
Demonstrated ability to engage and convert passive candidates in a competitive market.
Exceptional communication skills and a professional, persuasive phone presence.
Detail-oriented approach to data management and pipeline tracking.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience sourcing for niche technical roles or high-growth startups.
Experience sourcing for Sales Development Representatives/Business Development Representatives
