Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - **Experience:** 4+ years of hands-on experience in high-growth sales environments, specifically building pipelines and closing net-new deals.
  • - **Blue-Collar Fluency:** Deep understanding of the home services vertical (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, solar) and the ability to communicate effectively with small-to-medium business owners.
  • - **Sales Discipline:** A proven "hunter" mentality with significant experience in cold calling and a track record of exceeding activity KPIs.
