About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct high-volume outbound dialing (target of 250+ dials per day) to engage with prospective clients.
- Execute discovery calls to understand the fitness goals and injury history of potential patients.
- Master objection handling to educate prospects on the value of one-on-one, performance-focused care.
- Schedule and confirm a minimum of 15 therapy evaluations per week.
- Manage lead flow and follow-up sequences to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless handoff for arriving patients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in B2C sales with a focus on high-volume outbound activity.
- Exceptional skill in conducting Discovery Calls and navigating complex Objection Handling.
- Ability to work 8 AM to 6 PM EST.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized personality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build immediate rapport over the phone.
- **Nice-to-Have**
- Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Google Workspace.
- Background in the fitness, sports, or healthcare industries.
- Professional experience in pipeline management.
- Female candidates are preferred to align with specific client-base comfort and demographic needs.
