About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute a high-volume outreach strategy with a minimum of 200 touchpoints per day.
  • Maintain a balanced multi-channel approach: at least 50% phone-based cold calling, supplemented by personalized email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Achieve and exceed a monthly target of 12 outbound meetings booked with qualified prospects.
  • Identify and qualify leads effectively to ensure high conversion rates from initial contact to booked meeting.
  • Collaborate with the internal intelligence and creative teams to leverage pre-warmed leads and tailored content.
  • Manage your pipeline and activity daily using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native-level fluency in German (written and spoken).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in high-volume Cold Calling and Cold Emailing.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Outreach and Lead Qualification.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work within EU timezones.
  • A resilient, high-activity mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on targets.
  • **Nice-to-Haves**
  • Experience in B2B Sales or Lead Generation.
  • Experience conducting Discovery Calls to further qualify prospects.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a driven, self-starting attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
