About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, maintaining a baseline of 120+ calls per day.
- Proactively identify, reach out to, and qualify leads to convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Master the value proposition of ERP, EPM, and automation solutions to engage prospects in meaningful business conversations.
- Collaborate closely with the senior sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
- Maintain rigorous data integrity and activity tracking within the company CRM.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to call volume, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- **Native-level fluency in German (mandatory).**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate complex business conversations.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and maintain high activity levels in a remote, offshore setting.
- A resilient, "hunter" mindset with a disciplined approach to daily cold calling.
- Ability to work CET hours with flexibility to ensure core team overlap.
- **Nice-to-Haves**
- Proven track record of success in cold calling or business development roles.
- Prior experience in SaaS, Fintech, or the professional services industry.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar modern CRM platforms.
- Understanding of financial systems or ERP software (e.g., NetSuite).
