About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Zoho One suite, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, and Projects.
Write custom functions using Deluge script to automate complex business logic and data processing.
Build and maintain robust integrations between Zoho and third-party applications via APIs and Webhooks.
Optimize system architecture to improve data integrity, user experience, and reporting accuracy.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert-level support for internal stakeholders.
Audit existing workflows and identify opportunities for further automation or process improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or Automation Engineer with deep knowledge of the Zoho One ecosystem.
Mastery of Deluge scripting and a strong understanding of relational databases.
Hands-on experience building custom integrations and working with REST APIs.
Ability to map out complex business processes and translate them into technical workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical execution and business needs.
Zoho Creator development experience.
Background in front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for custom dashboarding.
Zoho Certifications (Certified Zoho Creator Developer or CRM Administrator).
Experience with Zapier, Make, or other middleware platforms.
