Sales Development Representative, Romanian Speaking

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Research and identify high-potential B2B prospects within the Romanian market.
- - Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- - Qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
- - Articulate the company's value proposition clearly in both Romanian and English.
- - Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions and pipeline stages within the CRM.
- - Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- - Native or professional-grade fluency in both Romanian and English (written and verbal).
- - Proven experience in a Sales Development (SDR) or Business Development (BDR) role.
- - Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification frameworks.
- - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- - A self-starter mindset with a high level of resilience and a goal-oriented approach.
- - Proficiency with modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- - Prior experience selling SaaS or technical solutions.
- - Established network within the Romanian business landscape.
- - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
