About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Full ownership of Meta ad performance across roughly 10 active client accounts.
  • - Build, test, and iterate on sophisticated lead gen funnels, VSLs, and booked-call systems.
  • - Own the client relationship directly, leading weekly strategy calls and reporting on performance with clarity and confidence.
  • - Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure optimal funnel economics and ROI.
  • - Collaborate with the founder to develop high-converting ad creative, hooks, and messaging.
  • - Systematize and document internal processes to facilitate the onboarding of junior support.
  • - Proactively identify and resolve underperformance issues before they are flagged by leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Proven track record managing $30k–$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
  • - Deep experience in the home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals.
  • - Mastery of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and lead quality optimization.
  • - Experienced in mentoring junior media buyers or reviewing account work.
  • - Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client calls independently without hand-holding.
  • - A structured testing methodology (no ad-hoc experimentation).
  • - Extreme ownership mentality: you are tenacious about getting results and proactive in your strategy.
