About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Manage high-volume outreach through cold calling, professional networking, and email campaigns.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and assessing alignment with our solutions.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and lead statuses in our tracking systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (sales, retail, or hospitality).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy daily schedule.
- A competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed performance metrics.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities over the phone.
- **Nice-to-Haves**
- Professional fluency or bilingual proficiency in Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, or Tamil.
- Prior experience in lead generation or outbound telemarketing.
