About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute a minimum of 100 outbound cold calls per day to prospective real estate investors and property owners.
- Qualify leads based on investment criteria, property type, and financial requirements.
- Set a target of 10 high-quality appointments per day for the Loan Originators.
- Manage and update lead status diligently within the CRM (HubSpot/GoHighLevel).
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure a seamless handoff of potential deals.
- Proactively follow up with prospects to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional Fluency: Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Experience: Mid-to-senior level experience in cold calling and appointment setting (No entry-level).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven background in real estate finance or investment property lending.
- Performance: Ability to maintain a high-volume call cadence while maintaining quality.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, PipeDrive, or GHL) and VOIP dialers (AirCall/CloudTalk).
- Availability: Full alignment with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- Equipment: Personal laptop, high-speed reliable internet, and a noise-cancelling headset.
