About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Master the technical nuances of the company’s hardware and SaaS product suite to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Identify and qualify leads within the industrial machinery and manufacturing space.
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for the senior sales team to ensure a consistent pipeline.
- Maintain meticulous records within the CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce) to track lead progress and activity metrics.
- Handle complex objections with professional resilience and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or a remote SDR role.
- Direct experience or a strong background in selling industrial machinery or technical B2B solutions.
- Proven track record of success in cold calling and managing a high volume of outbound activity.
- Exceptional written and spoken English, with the confidence to engage and influence UK-based buyers.
- Highly proficient in using modern CRM tools and sales tech stacks.
- Disciplined and self-motivated to exceed KPIs in a fully remote work environment.
- Resilient, professional, and coachable, with a drive to master the full sales cycle.
- Previous experience selling to the manufacturing or logistics market.
