Business Development Representative – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Identify and research target companies within key industries
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP criteria
- Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline generated)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting
- Experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environments
