About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Build, launch, optimise, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisations
- Improve KPIs including CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Identify and scale profitable campaigns while maintaining performance efficiency
- Landing Pages & Funnel Optimisation
- Design and optimise high-converting landing pages and funnels
- Ensure strong alignment between ad creative, messaging, and landing pages
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
- Improve overall funnel performance and lead quality
- CRM & Marketing Automation
- Build and manage automations within Go High Level CRM
- Integrate landing pages, advertising platforms, and CRM systems
- Develop lead nurturing and follow-up workflows
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting systems are in place
- Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with account management and creative teams
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and growth strategies
- Support campaign reporting and client communications
- Contribute to scaling client accounts and improving retention
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Meta advertising experience
- Proven success managing and scaling lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising systems
- Experience with landing page creation and conversion optimisation
- Experience integrating funnels with CRM systems and automations
- Strong knowledge of Go High Level or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise for ROI
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- **Nice-to-Haves:**
- Experience with Google Ads
- Experience with Perspective landing pages
- Familiarity with Monday.com
- Copywriting and ad creative optimisation skills
- Experience working within marketing agencies
