About the role
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Monitor budgets and allocate spend to maximize ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
- A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to align on goals and performance
- Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Proven track record of improving ROI and scaling paid campaigns
- Strong knowledge of:
- - Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- - Google Analytics (GA4)
- - Conversion tracking and attribution models
- Experience with keyword tools, bid strategies, and campaign optimization techniques
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing discussions
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
