About the role

  • Build, manage, and optimize **GoHighLevel automations and workflows**
  • Implement **AI-driven automation systems** to improve marketing and operational efficiency
  • Test all automations rigorously to ensure accuracy, performance, and zero errors before deployment
  • Create and maintain detailed **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** and workflow documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients when required
  • Maintain consistent responsiveness and clear communication across all projects
  • Continuously improve systems for scalability, efficiency, and performance

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with **GoHighLevel (GHL)**
  • ** Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) **
  • Ability to work **9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (strict requirement)**
  • High attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset
  • Experience **documenting workflows and building SOPs **
  • Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously
  • **Spanish **language skills
  • Experience working in a **marketing agency environment**
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as **n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)**
  • Understanding of **paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads)**
