About the role
- Plan, launch, and manage TikTok Ads campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Analyze campaign metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, and ROAS to improve results.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting video ad creatives aligned with TikTok trends.
- Monitor TikTok Ads Manager and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Build and maintain custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
- Stay updated with TikTok marketing trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports highlighting insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns (1–3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of paid social media advertising and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
- Experience running campaigns for eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation, or digital products is a plus.
- Familiarity with tracking tools such as TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, or attribution platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify viral content trends and winning ad creatives.
