About the role

  • Build and optimize **automated outbound and inbound GTM workflows**.
  • Implement and manage **CRM systems and sales automation tools** (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Outreach).
  • Design scalable **lead generation and prospecting infrastructure**.
  • Integrate marketing, sales, and data platforms to create seamless **revenue operations systems**.
  • Develop and maintain **data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting** for GTM performance.
  • Work with sales teams to improve **prospecting strategies, targeting, and campaign performance**.
  • Automate repetitive sales and marketing tasks using **no-code/low-code tools and APIs**.
  • Support experimentation with **growth campaigns, messaging, and outbound strategies**.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to improve **go-to-market efficiency**.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in **GTM engineering, revenue operations, sales operations, or growth engineering**.
  • Strong experience with **CRM platforms** such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with **sales automation tools** (Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Outreach, Instantly, etc.).
  • Familiarity with **data tools and workflow automation** (Zapier, Make, APIs, SQL, Python, or similar).
  • Understanding of **outbound sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management**.
  • Ability to build **automated workflows and integrations across sales and marketing systems**.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a **data-driven mindset**.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in **SaaS, startups, or high-growth tech environments** is a plus.
