About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria
- Book meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly meeting and activity targets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging
- Track and report on KPIs including calls, emails, meetings booked, and conversion rates
Requirements
- 6 months to 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or cold calling (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confidence in making outbound calls
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines and qualification processes
- Experience using CRM tools is a plus
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Comfortable working in UK or US time zones
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
