About the role

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria
  • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly meeting and activity targets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging
  • Track and report on KPIs including calls, emails, meetings booked, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or cold calling (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Confidence in making outbound calls
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines and qualification processes
  • Experience using CRM tools is a plus
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • Comfortable working in UK or US time zones
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
