About the role
- - Build and deploy outbound campaigns using Clay as the core orchestration engine
- - Design signal-based prospecting workflows (intent data, trigger events, enrichment pipelines)
- - Integrate and optimize outbound tool stack (e.g., SmartLead, HeyReach, n8n)
- - Reduce time-to-launch for new campaigns
- - Continuously test messaging, sequencing, and targeting hypotheses
- - Implement automation to improve performance and efficiency
- - Own CRM attribution feedback loops and iteration cycles
- - Collaborate with Fractional CRO leadership on revenue strategy
Requirements
- - **Must-Haves:**
- - Deep, hands-on experience with Clay (non-negotiable)
- - Proven outbound campaign architecture experience
- - Experience working in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
- - Strong understanding of GTM systems, lead enrichment, and automation
- - Familiarity with CRM attribution models
- - Ability to operate during US hours (preferably PT)
- - **Nice-to-Haves:**
- - Experience with n8n or similar automation tools
- - AI experimentation and workflow optimization experience
- - Background in SaaS or venture-backed startups
- - Exposure to CRO-level revenue strategy
