About the role

  • - Build and deploy outbound campaigns using Clay as the core orchestration engine
  • - Design signal-based prospecting workflows (intent data, trigger events, enrichment pipelines)
  • - Integrate and optimize outbound tool stack (e.g., SmartLead, HeyReach, n8n)
  • - Reduce time-to-launch for new campaigns
  • - Continuously test messaging, sequencing, and targeting hypotheses
  • - Implement automation to improve performance and efficiency
  • - Own CRM attribution feedback loops and iteration cycles
  • - Collaborate with Fractional CRO leadership on revenue strategy

Requirements

  • - **Must-Haves:**
  • - Deep, hands-on experience with Clay (non-negotiable)
  • - Proven outbound campaign architecture experience
  • - Experience working in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
  • - Strong understanding of GTM systems, lead enrichment, and automation
  • - Familiarity with CRM attribution models
  • - Ability to operate during US hours (preferably PT)
  • - **Nice-to-Haves:**
  • - Experience with n8n or similar automation tools
  • - AI experimentation and workflow optimization experience
  • - Background in SaaS or venture-backed startups
  • - Exposure to CRO-level revenue strategy
