Manager

• Manage App Store Optimisation both on-page and off-page, developing a deep knowledge of optimisation techniques and trends
• Working with Performance Marketing team to improving conversion rates for user journey
• Support user acquisition activity with CPPs/CSLs production and testing
• Liaise with Game Directors to understand current and upcoming game features, gain insight into the games, and share insight into ASO performance
• Design, execute and analyse ASO experiments – planning, goal setting and delivery, including what to test and when to test
• Monitoring of App Store performance including visibility and rankings, platform featuring, and Store reported installs and quality of those installs
• Advising on causes and effects of such rankings - effectively becoming the owner within the business of reporting where our apps are being promoted (platform, UA, social), demonstrating a high knowledge of the marketplace and store developments.
• Creating and maintaining effective documentation and reporting of results, with observations and recommendations.
• Research and adopt tools to facilitate effective monitoring and deployment.
• Manage external agencies where necessary to add value to the process.
• Collaborate with the Design team to create new assets for the App Stores

App Store Optimisation Manager, ASO Manager

Operations

• Create engaging, impactful and high performing assets for in game live ops purposes which would include logos, icons, offers, splash screens and event panels to enhance player engagement
• Transfer key live ops initiatives into high quality player facing visuals
• Collaborate with Art, Product and Marketing teams, to ensure consistency in visual, messaging and branding across the game’s live ops content
• Help document design decisions and progression clearly, providing assets according to design briefs, focusing on message hierarchy and comfortable with conveying ideas to team members
• Maintain the art asset and implementation pipeline under the direction of the lead artist
• Ensure consistent and aligned asset specification, including naming conventions, hierarchies, resolutions, formats
• Prepare creative assets for outsourcers
• Collaborate with the licensing team to ensure assets adhere to guidelines and specifications

Customer Support

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Perform and record customer refunds where appropriate.
• Be the face of the company - work with passion and integrity - respond as a person and be honest and upfront with our customers.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Being the first point of contact for VIP players via our CRM system .
• Build strong relationships with valuable customers and provide superb service and gaming experiences tailored to them.
• Monitor the customer base for new VIP customer potential.
• Localisation of presets and FAQ articles.
• Localisation quality assurance as organised by the localisation manager.
• Work alongside game teams to plan and execute in game events and promotions.
• Acquire knowledge of customers and build profiles including playing behaviours, interests, likes and dislikes and feedback to game teams.
• Respond to player reviews on platform app stores (iOS/Android).

Customer Support, Localisation Specialist

• Work closely with Hutch product teams to help identify potential opportunities within future and existing games.
• Identify and establish relationships with a wide range of brand/IP holders.
• Work with the commercial team and external lawyers to negotiate contracts successfully with target partners within agreed parameters.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to support royalty reporting and payment planning.
• Monitor the expiry of any existing license contracts and pursue extensions of contractual terms in order to meet needs of the business.
• Oversee approvals for each project with the respective brand/IP holders to ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Manage the accurate tracking of all contracts and approval submissions for audit purposes.
• Own and develop ongoing and future relationships with brand/IP holders.
