• Design levels, game features and mechanics, and balance gameplay for a live Match-3 title
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams (artists, programmers, QA, analysts)
• Create new and intuitive Match-3 levels and iterate on existing features using data insights
• Analyse gameplay data to address user experience issues
• Manage and work with external contractors to support development
