Product Manager

• As Product Manager, you’ll design, scope and implement features, improvements and events that result in an outstanding gameplay experience for our players and positively inflect metrics.
• Be entrepreneurial, getting hands on to test out new ideas, setting up experiments, events, offers, bundles and live operations to maximise the game’s performance.
• You’ll use user and competitive research, along with performance data analysis to identify opportunities to grow the game.
• Partner with other parts of the organisation including Consumer Insights and Product Marketing to maximise the impact of your features and events.
• Understand and forecast the performance of the game, live ops, and your features using dashboards and analysis, communicating this with the wider team.
• Be a player champion, paying close attention to the player experience.

Designer

• Senior Game Designer at Hutch in London working on an existing live mobile project
• Design levels, game features and mechanics, and balance gameplay for a live Match-3 title
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams (artists, programmers, QA, analysts)
• Create new and intuitive Match-3 levels and iterate on existing features using data insights
• Analyse gameplay data to address user experience issues
• Manage and work with external contractors to support development
