• Manage data center development opportunities across the United States
• Conduct project due diligence, secure site control, and navigate the load interconnection queue for data center development projects in PJM, MISO, ERCOT, SPP, WECC, and the Southeast
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle for data center loads, including site selection, permitting, grid interconnection, and commercial offtake negotiations
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms with counterparties to maximize value for the company
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses while evaluating relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and implement growth strategies while fostering collaboration across functional areas
• Provide direction to internal teams, including engineering, legal, and finance
• Prepare and present transaction approval documentation for senior management and participate in strategy development
• Represent the company at public hearings, industry forums, and stakeholder meetings
