About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing strategy and execution across direct response channels, primarily Google Search
- Scaling accounts sustainably while hitting commercial performance targets
- Designing and implementing structured experiments
- Analysing performance data across GA4 and other attribution sources
- Managing client relationships and running regular WIPs
- Building reporting dashboards and forecasting models
- Maintaining conversion tracking and UTM structures
- Working closely with technical teams to automate repetitive tasks using AI tooling
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hands-on experience across Google Search
- Comfortable managing six-figure monthly budgets
- Strong analytical capability and GA4 experience
- Experience with conversion tracking and UTMs
- Someone commercially minded who enjoys solving problems from first principles
- Strong systems mindset and curiosity around AI and automation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
