Requirements

5+ years in product management, ideally within FinTech, e-commerce, or a B2C platform environment
Genuine ownership of product strategy and roadmap, not just feature delivery
Proven results in CRO, user acquisition, and A/B testing
Strong analytical chops across tools like GA4, Firebase, Looker or similar
Confidence with AI tools (think Claude Code, Figma) and a curiosity to keep pushing
