About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design marketing and sales materials for Husqvarna outdoor power equipment, including digital and social advertising, motion graphics, trade show graphics, presentations, brochures, point-of-purchase materials, web graphics, and banners
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into effective visual communications
  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions for complex digital and print projects, including websites, mobile applications, marketing collateral, product packaging, retail materials, and integrated campaigns
  • Independently manage design projects from concept development through final production
  • Ensure creative quality, alignment with project objectives, brand standards, and business requirements
  • Serve as a design resource and thought partner to internal teams
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to less experienced designers and creative partners
  • Apply brand guidelines and design principles across customer touchpoints
  • Manage and update the Aprimo internal asset management system, including file upload, categorization, tagging, and retrieval
  • Work with external creative agencies to develop collateral, sales materials, and videos as needed
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality results within deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
  • 3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer or related field
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Ability to incorporate feedback from key stakeholders while delivering graphic design excellence
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with AI automated/assisted design workflows
  • Experience with structured file management systems, including formulaic naming conventions, file structures, and archival systems
  • Strong attention to detail in digital asset management
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro preferred
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects preferred
