About the role
- Supporting the Trademark counsel in managing and executing global trademark procurement and clearance processes
- Performing and analyzing trademark clearance searches using available online software and databases
- Filing and prosecuting domestic and foreign trademark applications
- Communicating with internal stakeholders and external agents regarding trademark and IP-related matters
- Managing Husqvarna Group's global trademark portfolio
- Keeping guidelines, manuals, forms, etc. updated
- Invoice management in Husqvarna's financial system Coupa
Requirements
- An experienced paralegal or administrator, or a newly graduated lawyer
- High level of proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of trademark laws, practices, and procedures in Europe is an advantage
- Experience in the IP management system Equinox Corporate + is beneficial
- Working knowledge of other languages beyond English is meriting but not a requirement
