About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve sales targets across machines, diamond tools, and accessories
- Develop and expand dealer, rental, and key account network
- Identify and manage large construction projects and investments
- Organize and execute product demos, open days, and trainings
- Build long-term relationships with dealers, rentals, and end-users
- Maintain accurate CRM data and customer records
- Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking
Requirements
What you’ll need- Secondary or higher education (technical preferred)
- 2–5 years sales experience in technical/B2B environment
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding (construction equipment or similar)
- Driving license (B)
