About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the development and refinement of the sourcing strategy for Husqvarna Construction Division (HCD)
Drive all sourcing and procurement activities for the local site (Olathe)
Lead and manage the Olathe procurement and SQA team
Ensure procurement compliance and sustainability, coordinating operational sourcing
Secure cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability aspects from suppliers
Collaborate closely with manufacturing operations/logistics department for success

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years’ experience in procurement, preferably on a global level
Solid knowledge of AS400, MRP processes and basic inventory principles, SAP, and Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering preferred, not required
Experience in R&D, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing or relevant business experience preferably in a manufacturing environment required
