About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Planning, implementation, management and optimization of digital paid campaigns across all relevant channels – including Search, Display, Retail Media and Paid Social
  • Briefing, coordination and ongoing management of external agencies as well as quality assurance in campaign execution
  • Development of cross-channel campaign strategies based on audience, market and competitor analyses
  • Conceptualization and optimization of full-funnel campaigns
  • Building and activation of 1st-party data strategies to optimize targeting, personalization and campaign efficiency
  • Use of platform-native measurement solutions (e.g., DSP, marketing cloud approaches) for attribution and performance analysis across the entire funnel
  • Establishment and maintenance of structured performance reporting including KPI definitions, dashboards and management communication
  • Monitoring relevant platform and market developments and proactively contributing trends and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid campaigning – ideally in an FMCG, consumer goods or e-commerce environment
  • Solid experience with Retail Media platforms as well as platform-native measurement and audience solutions (e.g., DSP, marketing cloud approaches)
  • Confident handling of 1st-party data: setup, activation and privacy-compliant use within digital campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills: data-driven thinking, deriving sound conclusions and consistently translating insights into actions
  • Experience managing external agencies and working cross-functionally with Sales and Brand teams
  • Very good knowledge of common analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI or comparable)
  • Independent, structured working style and very good German and English language skills
